We are proud to have trained and certified over 220,000 information security professionals globally that have influenced the cybersecurity mindset of countless organizations worldwide. www.eccouncil.org Position Overview The incumbent will be responsible for providing administrative support, facilitating order processing, managing customer relationships, analyzing sales data, coordinating communication, and assisting in sales-related activities to ensure the smooth functioning of the sales department. Job Responsibilities Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team. Assist in preparing sales proposals, contracts, and presentations. Coordinate sales-related documentation, including maintaining records, databases, and sales reports. Receive and process sales orders from customers. Ensure accuracy and completeness of orders, including pricing, product details, and delivery information. Liaise with various departments, such as production, shipping, and finance, to ensure timely order fulfillment. Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries and provide assistance regarding product information, order status, pricing, and delivery schedules. Address customer concerns and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner. Coordinate sales activities and schedules, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and arranging sales meetings. Assist in organizing and attending trade shows, conferences, and sales events. Facilitate communication between the sales team, internal departments, and external stakeholders. Collaborate with marketing, product management, and customer support teams to ensure effective cross-functional collaboration and information sharing. Prepare sales reports, analyze data, and track sales performance against targets. Generate sales forecasts, identify trends, and provide insights to support sales strategies and decision-making. Assist in the onboarding and training of new sales team members. Coordinate sales training programs, provide sales-related resources, and support the development of sales skills and knowledge. Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage customer information, track sales activities, and generate reports. Ensure data accuracy, maintain records, and generate analytics to support sales processes. Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining sales documentation, updating sales literature and materials, managing inventory of sales collateral, and coordinating sales-related logistics. 10. Identify opportunities for process improvement within the sales function. Collaborate with sales managers and other stakeholders to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and optimize sales performance. Organize seminars and webinars. This entails planning, coordinating, and executing events that contribute to the sales strategy and overall business objectives. Job Requirements A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. 3+ years of experience as a sales coordinator or in administration may be advantageous. Good team development and leadership skills. Proficient in Excel Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills. The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines. Candidates available to join at short notice are preferred.
