Mandatory s kills: Windchill, Windchill RV&S, Codebeamer administration, ALM platform, ALM tools, scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java)
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Windchill RV&S (Requirements, Verification, and Validation) and Codebeamer Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of Windchill RV&S and/or Codebeamer platforms. They will ensure these systems are effectively supporting project requirements, verification, validation, and overall software development lifecycle activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Windchill RV&S Administration:
- Install, configure, and maintain Windchill RV&S software.
- Manage user access, roles, and permissions within Windchill RV&S
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windchill RV&S functionality.
- Customize Windchill RV&S workflows, templates, and configurations based on client needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions in Windchill RV&S.
- Support in handling customization on reports, charts, triggers and custom actions.
Codebeamer Administration:
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Codebeamer platform for ALM.
- Create and manage project spaces, users, and permissions in Codebeamer.
- Customize Codebeamer configurations to align with project-specific workflows and processes.
- Capability to build templates, customize fields and workflow actions.
- Integrate Codebeamer with other tools and systems as needed (e.g., version control systems, issue tracking tools).
- Capable to build custom export templates and reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong understanding of requirements management, verification, validation, and software development lifecycle processes.
- Proficiency in Windchill RV&S and Codebeamer administration, configuration, and customization.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java) for automation and customization tasks.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN) and issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Additional Skills:
- Certification in Windchill or Codebeamer administration.
- Experience with integrating Windchill RV&S and Codebeamer with other ALM tools.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools.
Good understanding in Medical, Automotive domains and its process.
