About Position The Program Manager role will be purely for providing technical consultancy to the team. Works closely with the one of the esteem client , Persistent Senior Leadership team and is an integral part of strategic initiatives, corporate strategy,. Role: Program Manager Location : Pune Experience : 16 to 19 years Job Type : FTE What you’ll do The Program Manager is responsible for monitoring and control his portfolio deliverables, stakeholder management, communication management, schedule, controlling cost and risk management. Owning and planning growth of portfolio working with presales and sales. Delivery governance and execution Internal Capability and Bandwidth evaluation, Effort estimation, Delivery/Program/Project Model and Risk reviews and application of thumb-rules decided mutually with Sales Single point of contact for delivery management and escalations MBR/QBR cadence Customer relationship Build relationships with senior management at customer end Help build persistent brand by creating value addition w.r.t to business and solution implementation CSAT (Coverage & NPS) Be the bridge between business and delivery team to ensure client satisfaction and ensure smooth delivery. Expertise you’ll bring Total 16-19 years of experience in managing and executing programs and front ending with the various customer and internal stakeholders. Experience in managing delivery operations for technology focused teams. Experience of managing 3-5M USD revenue. Working on technology presales. Must have development experience in Java & AWS Should be from ISV or Cloud Domain Strong technology background (experience in data related areas preferred). Proactive in managing customers and delivery operations and customer expectations. Excellent negotiation skills Experience expanding existing project with new set of services. Ability to define the project processes and own outcome of them Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Should have good interpersonal skills and be able to co-ordinate with all the teams engaged in project.
