Job Description: We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Architect to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for architecture to contribute to a variety of projects and gain valuable experience in all phases of design and construction. Responsibilities: Assist senior architects and project managers in developing design concepts, drawings, and presentations for architectural projects. Conduct research on building materials, construction techniques, and building codes to support design development and documentation. Prepare architectural drawings, renderings, and models using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, landscape architects, and interior designers to integrate design solutions and meet project requirements. Assist in the preparation of construction documents, specifications, and cost estimates under the guidance of senior staff. Participate in site visits, client meetings, and project coordination meetings to support project progress and communication. Contribute creative ideas and solutions to design challenges, while adhering to project timelines and budgets. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in architecture and design. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. 1-3 years of professional experience in an architectural firm or related field is preferred, but recent graduates with strong portfolios will also be considered. (Freshers can also apply) Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software. Strong design and visualization skills with the ability to communicate ideas effectively through drawings, renderings, and presentations. Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices. Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
