Contact - Ms Humera - +91 88009 44346, humeraj@corporatecomrade.com MICE or Business Travel Companies and Financial Institution Purpose of Role: ▪ Explore and implement innovative approaches to penetrate and expand the market for MICE services. ▪ Optimize profits to meet budgetary targets, with a strategic approach to financial management. ▪ Implement strategies for retaining and nurturing existing accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships. ▪ Prioritize cash flow management and ensure timely payment collections in adherence to agreements. ▪ Develop and execute effective lead conversion strategies across multiple channels. ▪ Ensure strict compliance with operating procedures and industry regulations in MICE operations. ▪ Meet and exceed budgeted sales and revenue targets, contributing significantly to the overall business goals. ▪ Foster strong and lasting relationships with key customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. ▪ Develop a robust pipeline of new customers while maintaining key account relationships for repeat business. ▪ Ensure the delivery of top-notch services aligning with Industry ▪ Coordinate with operations to align customer requirements with efficient delivery systems. ▪ Uphold professional practices that contribute to building and enhancing the brand value of HI Offsite. ▪ Oversee client collections, ensuring adherence to agreed terms and conditions and effective cash flow management. ▪ Sign and execute important agreements such as Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), General Framework Agreements (GFOs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for all projects. ▪ Conduct regular performance reviews of the sales team to assess and enhance productivity along with Vice President. Establish a robust performance management system for the sales organization, ensuring accountability and results. ▪ Contribute to change management initiatives responsibly, fostering adaptability within the sales team. ▪ Stay informed about industry best practices and implement them as per business requirements. ▪ Develop and nurture strong relationships with key influencers and decision-makers across corporate clients. ▪ Propose continuous solutions to expand relationships with existing customers and meet their evolving objectives. ▪ Serve as the primary liaison between key clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. ▪ Gain an in-depth understanding of key clients' needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions. ▪ Create customized solutions based on the specific needs and requirements of key clients. ▪ Regularly update the sales funnel and actively participate in sales reviews in conjunction with senior key account management. ▪ Ensure timely and accurate updating of information/data on the business system for Management Information System (MIS) purposes. ▪ Manage the submission and collection of crucial documents, such as GST certificates, to clients or the file closing team for better control. This role demands a candidate with extensive experience in MICE sales, a strategic mindset, and the ability to drive sales growth while ensuring adherence to operating procedures and compliance requirements. Industry: Preferred experience MICE Industry (Key Mice Operators within the industry) What You’ll Need? [Qualifications and personal attributes]: ▪ Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce/Business Administration/ Marketing. ▪ Experience of around 4+ years in Corporate Sales in the Delhi NCR ▪ Excellent communications and negotiation skills with fluency in English ▪ Shaping deals with Decision Makers and Influencers in the Corporate Accounts ▪ A passionate Salesperson who has proven record of “Selling and achieving assigned Sales Targets”. ▪ A creative and analytical mind, an interest in problem-solving ▪ Attention to detail and accuracy. ▪ Customer/ Client centric approach ▪ Ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
