Responsibilities:
- Handling credit risk assessment of Large Corporates (preferably having exposure of appraisal of Brownfield/Greenfield projects)
- Handled appraisal of ports, power (Renewable/Non-Renewable), FPSOs projects.
- Experience in credit report writing (annual reviews) including Financial analysis, projection (base/stress case), analyzing business model, writing Project description and overview of project associated with the projects like sponsors, off-taker, O&M operators, EPC contractors etc.), PD Rating & LGD Review etc.
- Familiar with project related terms, loan documents, Engineer’s report, PPA, EPC contracts, O&M agreement, Supply agreement.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills and ability to build effective relationships with various stakeholders.
- Worked with other third parties and Global banks’ captive
Required Background
• 5-10 year’s relevant experience
• Strong understanding of credit principles, policies and regulations.
• Qualified Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance or CFA or M. Com or equivalent degree.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills and ability to build effective relationships with various stake holders.
• Ability to multi-task independently under tight timelines and eye for details.
