Creating product listings with bulk inventory upload tool, using flat files (Excel templates) Creating product families (variations of parent/child ASINs/SKUs) Generating FBA/FBF/Massured shipments and generating files for product stickers/labels The candidate has experience of managing advertisement campaigns and creating and managing coupons in multiple marketplaces Addressing suppressed products and resolving product issues within the Voice of the Customer area Fixing pricing alerts and lost buy box issues Submitting seller support cases in marketplace with clear explanations of the issues that need to be solved, and following through until the issue is resolved Interacting with clients and Marketplaces support staff in English (both verbally and in writing) Reviewing product data templates in Excel to identify errors and discrepancies Assisting with solving various problems with various marketplaces and product listings Downloading reports and analyzing them in Excel using filtering and sorting Identifying key performance metrics from Amazon reports and marketplace pages, and putting data into Excel reports to give to clients Reviewing client-provided images to identify missing images Communicating with clients and imaging team to request information, images, and other needs Assigning image URLs to new product spreadsheets • Checking live product listings for issues with images, variation setup, and specifications, including discrepancies between images/titles/copy and product specifications Following through when problems are identified to make sure they all get fixed Proactively communicating about any needs, roadblocks or issues with meeting deadlines Keeping track of tasks & progress in a way that others can pick up where you left off in case of illness Desired Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will have... Minimum 1 year experience is mandatory in a similar role and field Customer Service Experience for at least for 6 months Good English language skills, both written and verbal Please screen the profile if the candidate is having an experience of handling a minimum of 10 Accounts (Any Marketplaces) Desirable candidates having experience in Ajio, Jio Mart & Etsy Marketplaces. The Candidate is having an experience of Managing Brand Creation, Brand Store & A+ Content & Enhanced Brand Contents. Ability to work 8-10 hours, 6 days a week (Monday through Saturday, with availability for meetings/conversations between the timeframe of 10am and 7pm IST on those days Experience providing operational support to an multiple Marketplace seller account and managing third-party seller store: The ability to manipulate Excel spreadsheets with filters, and to create formulas Perfectionist-level attention to detail to be able to find and correct discrepancies Excellent organization skills, and initiative to keep track of many different tasks/responsibilities and see them through to completion.
