As the Sr. Lead Information Security Manager (EKM), you will play a critical role in ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our clients' sensitive information. You will be responsible for implementing and managing Enterprise Key Management (EKM) solutions, establishing key management policies and procedures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to safeguard data and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation and management of Enterprise Key Management (EKM) solutions, providing encryption and cryptographic key management across the organization
  • Develop and maintain key management policies, procedures, and standards in accordance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and system administrators, to integrate EKM solutions into existing systems and processes
  • Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify encryption-related threats and vulnerabilities
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations, such as GDPR, PCI DSS, and HIPAA
  • Manage and respond to security incidents and breaches related to encryption and key management
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends in encryption and key management
  • Provide guidance and support to internal teams and clients on encryption and key management best practices
Requirements
  • 7 + years of experience in Information Security
  • 3+ years of leadership experience, either as a people manager or a technical lead actively coaching/mentoring engineers
  • Subject matter expertise in PKI
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • 3+ years of technical experience with a combination of 2+ services (CLM, KMS, and PKI)
  • 3+ years of experience with both Linux and Windows systems
  • 2+ years of working experience in cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform
  • Proven experience leading high performing technical teams
  • 3+ years of experience in writing requirements for security technologies
  • Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, AWS, Azure, SANS, etc
  • Ability to provide strong customer service
