Job Title : Manager - Social Media Analytics

Location : Udyog Vihar, Phase-5, Gurugram

Working Days: 5 days/week in the office

Experience : Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing agencies, integrated ad agencies, mainstream advertising, new media, marketing, creative or similar roles within mainline or digital agencies. ( Experience from other industries will not be considered for this position )

CTC offered : Upto 10 LPA


Job Purpose:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team at Dentsu as an Analytics Manager specializing in Social Media. This role will be based in Bengaluru and offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment. The purpose of this role is to analyse social performance metrics and social media trends.


Key Accountabilities


  • Provide essential campaign performance results via standardised tools and reporting structures for multiple brands, utilising and combining data from a variety of sources.
  • Constantly being aware of trends on social media and suggesting ways for brands to implement the same on their social media handles.
  • Ability to juggle multiple assignments including timely BAU reports, campaign reports, and ad-hoc assignments.
  • Knack for interpreting social performance across a variety of variables and frame actionable insights for our account and creative teams to use as guardrails and guidelines for brainstorming.
  • Confident speaking and presentation skills when it comes to delivering insights and key performance metrics.
  • Analysing conversations around brands on social media.
  • Lead a team of analysts to gather, analyze, and interpret data from social media campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve performance.
  • Manage relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on analytics goals and objectives.


Professional Skills:


  • Proven experience in social media analytics, with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Concentration in Digital Media, Analytics, and/or Advertising is a huge plus. Qualifications matter less than an individual’s ability to learn new concepts quickly and take ownership of their work.
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets. Ability to visualise and interpret social media data to provide meaningful insights.
  • An independent, reliable person who is capable of running and leading an analytics project, but willing to seek guidance as needed
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin, YouTube, Pinterest), social media metrics, and analysis
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to mine meaningful insight from data and confidently present these findings to clients
  • Experience with social listening using tools such as Brandwatch, Meltwater or Sprinklr is a plus, but not required.
  • Knowledge of the latest trends in the field of handbags, fashion & beauty is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Experience leading and mentoring a team of analysts, with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
