Role and responsibilities


· Understand current processes and gaps across the organization spread across Finance, RMG, HR, Talent Acquisition, Business teams etc.

· Build an interconnected system map in line with business processes

· Work with Chief Delivery Officer on an ongoing basis to explore challenges as well as ideas on system implementations

· Create and own a long term ecosystem to mature in all organizational processes (intra or inter department)

· Collaborate with internal stakeholders and plan system features, milestones, timelines etc and execute those plans

· Act as Product Owner for Internal Systems



Technical skills requirements


The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in,

· Knowledge of organization corporate/ support/ internal processes

· Working with large teams and stakeholders to understand feedback

· Deep understanding of platforms of choice in the industry for various use cases


Qualifications

· 10+ years of work experience working on large scale tech implementations

· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in engg. from a reputed university with relevant experience OR an MBA in relevant field
