Responsibilities:



  • and execute merchandising strategies for the couture wear category to drive sales and meet business objectives.
  • with designers and suppliers to curate a compelling assortment of couture wear products that align with brand aesthetic and target customer preferences.
  • regular market analysis and trend research to identify opportunities and inform assortment planning decisions.
  • seasonal merchandise plans, including product selection, pricing, and inventory allocation, to optimize sales performance and maximize profitability.
  • the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept development to assortment planning, ordering, and inventory management.
  • closely with cross-functional teams, including design, production, marketing, and retail operations, to ensure seamless execution of merchandising strategies and initiatives.
