Job Summary: As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of the human resources function within the organization. This role involves recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and other HR-related tasks to support the organization's goals and objectives. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, resume screening, and making job offers. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, issues, and grievances. Foster positive employee relations through effective communication, conflict resolution, and mediation. Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures to maintain a healthy work environment. Employee Engagement: Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement. HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. Prepare and distribute HR-related reports and documentation as needed. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Qualifications and Skills: Minimum 1 year of experience. Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in human resources management or related roles. Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
