ABOUT THE JOB


JOB DESCRIPTION - HR BUSINESS PARTNER (NON TECH FUNCTIONS)


Roles & Responsibilities: -

Will be responsible for entire employee lifecycle from entry to exit for the Non Tech functions

  • Drive timely and fair Performance appraisal process and align the people initiatives with business agenda
  • Development plans for key talent and corrective plans for low performers.
  • Support the managers in appropriate career management of their team members.
  • Build a robust employee engagement strategy and drive implementation of the same.
  • Support the design and execution of employee Reward & Recognition initiatives.
  • Partner in the process of Policy formation; and ensure implementation and adherence to the policies.
  • Address Employee Relations matters with regular incident management, investigations.
  • Ensure appropriate documentation to safeguard against legal and reputational risks.


Apply if you have

  • 6-8 years of relevant business partnering experience.
  • MBA in HR from a reputed institution.
  • A keen eye for detail and process along with the ability to work in an ever-changing environment.
  • An ability to find solutions quickly and capability to drive things to closure.
  • An ability to express unique ideas and concepts in the most creative yet simple manner.
  • Strong command of language, written as well as spoken.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Worked in a fast-paced culture
  • Good with excel skills and data representation
