Roles and Responsibilities

Manage the delivery of training and development programes.

Leading the Training needs analysis efforts both from an individual employee as well as organizational intervention perspectives.

Help line managers and trainers solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups.

Manage all learning & development as well as talent management responsibilities as the L&D and Talent SPOC.

Design and implement the Corporate Training calendar.

Designing, developing and implementing a capability-based training framework for various roles in the organization.

Identify training and development needs within an organization

Design and expand training and development programes based on the needs of the organization and the individual.

Desired Candidate Profile

Specialized in Training and OD Program / Learning Technology

Knowledge and understanding of the Best in Class practices in L and OD.

In-depth experience in the Learning and OD.

Ability to engage, inspire and influence people.

Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
