Key Responsibilities:


Collaboration: Work closely with business, technology, data science, and legal teams to develop roadmaps and comprehensive project plans.

Data Management: Manage extensive datasets and generate insightful reports to support decision-making and enhance business understanding.

Campaign Optimization: Collaborate with the marketing team to refine campaigns and product flows, ensuring efficient and effective member engagement.

Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to improve data handling, reporting processes, and overall operational efficiencies.

Ownership: Take full responsibility for the operations of the rewards program, from platform enhancements to offer tracking and comprehensive reporting.Visualization and Reporting: Maintain and innovate dashboards that display detailed performance metrics and data visualizations to monitor marketing effectiveness.


Who will be a Great Fit:


  • Education: Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 7-10 years in performance marketing within financial services, with a focus on credit cards, app-based fintechs, or cashback cards.
  • Digital Marketing: Strong understanding of digital channels like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, etc.
  • Analytics: Hands-on experience with Marketing Measurement Platforms (MMP) and Google Analytics.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with financial sector challenges, regulations, and consumer preferences.
  • Campaign Success: Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns, emphasizing customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Product Understanding: Knowledge of credit card marketing, cashback programs, and mobile banking apps.
  • Metrics: Understanding of industry-specific metrics like CLV, churn rate, ARPU, and NPS.
  • Testing: Experience in A/B testing and multivariate testing to optimize campaign performance.
  • Creativity: Ability to conceptualize creative marketing campaigns and develop innovative ad concepts.
  • Multilingual Marketing: Experience in creating and optimizing ads in multiple languages for diverse target audiences.
  • Optimization: Proficiency in advanced optimization techniques to improve ad relevance and targeting accuracy.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with a focus on data analysis and optimization tactics.
  • Tools: Familiarity with industry-leading ad platforms, creative tools, and optimization technologies.
  • Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
