Qualifications : · Strong expertise in Atlassian product suite, including Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Bitbucket, and newly launched Atlassian Products, with the ability to architect solutions and workflows tailored to client needs. · Demonstrated experience in cloud migration strategies and implementations, particularly with Atlassian Cloud and other major cloud service providers like AWS, to support digital transformation efforts. · Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) and project portfolio management (PPM) principles, with an emphasis on Atlassian solutions. · Relevant certifications in ITIL, Agile methodologies (such as Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist), and Atlassian products (such as ACP, Atlassian Certified Master) are highly desirable. · Knowledge of Agile & DevOps practices, with certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Agilist, or DevOps Institute certifications considered a plus. · Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts in clear, understandable terms. · Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with a consultative approach to addressing client challenges. · Willingness to travel as necessary to engage with clients and understand their environments.
