Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer (Pune, Nagpur)

Job Description: Overall, 8 to 10 years of experience with QA Automation using Selenium / Java Web Automation Testing, APIs, Message Queues, DBs Ability to understand the Application and document Test Scenarios for Functional Testing as well as Automation ensuring proper coverage Very Good Knowledge on Automation Scripting using Selenium and Java Proficient in using open-source test automation tools like Selenium WebDriver, Rest Assured, TestNG and Cucumber Experience in Rest web services & API Test Automation Proficient in SQL Queries and ability to work with Databases Ability to quickly understand the internal frameworks used for Automation Estimate the effort involved in Testing the Application and Automating the identified Test Scenarios Ensure that proper testing is done on the Application and issues identified and tracked to closure Automate and Script the identified Test Scenarios using internal tools and framework Ensure Source Code is maintained in a proper Version Controlled Environment Ability to Identify and Resolve any issues related to Automation / Scripting to ensure completion of efforts as per Schedule Create Clear Documentation and User Guide for the different Automation that is created Ensure that any issues identified with the scripts during execution are fixed and tracked to closure within the stipulated SLA Ensure all Test Artefacts and Documentation created as per the prescribed template during Signoff for Audit purposes.
