Roles & Responsibilities:
Oversees consolidated financial closings, special transactions, local currency, and functional currency accounting processes. Prepares financial reporting, including internal and external statements. Consolidate financial data including from the Company, and subsidiaries entities. Research accounting literature, GAAP & other compliance requirements to address current issues involving accounting and financial reporting. Perform analysis, make recommendations, and prepare responses on consolidation matters. Liaison with auditors and provide full support for audit/review of consolidated financial statements.
Requirements:
Must be a Chartered accountant with 6-8 years of Experience. Extensive knowledge of multi-geography accounting policies and procedures pursuant to IFRS/GAAP as well as a strong understanding of the content of financial statements prepared within the IFRS framework. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Previous experience in financial statement consolidation, financial analysis, financial statement preparation and reporting skills SAP or equivalent Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems experience is highly desirable.
