Purpose of the role


Responsible for driving the Facilities initiatives and working with Internal and external stakeholders/Vendor/Partner to deliver successful projects/ assignments/ events.


  • Lead and direct team to ensure excellent Facilities Management at PAN India to deliver best Facilities and administration standards.
  • Monitor day to day operations of facilities, assess and effectively bringing in cost effective changes in line with A70 Strategy and Vision.
  • Monitor Govt norms/ statutory developments and compliances for adherence in related areas.
  • Driving ownership for complying as per company policies, rules and regulations relating to Health & Safety, safe working practices, food safety, hygiene, cleanliness and fire.
  • Develop, manage and plan execution of New Offices Pan India, office redesign & appropriate tools to conduct Facility Audits, quality adherences action planning and communicate appropriately to key stakeholders
  • Monitoring smooth running of all Office includes taking care of Office lease renewal and site selection whenever required.
  • Responsible for smooth operations for Cafeteria Services, Employee Cab, Shuttles and Employee Events.
  • Responsible for smooth operation of Housekeeping and Security of all office PAN India.
  • Responsible for Managing Vendors mainly responsible for delivering services within Facilities and Administration area along with Local Procurement team.
  • Responsible for ensuring the right Visitor Experience and arrangements whenever required.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND/OR RELATED EXPERIENCE
