Job Location - Gurgaon Working Days - 6 days a week from office Position Overview: As HR Business Partner (HRBP) at Medanta Gurgaon (Retail team: Diagnostics & Pharmacy), you will play an important role in aligning human resources strategies with business objectives to foster a culture of excellence. Key Responsibilities: Partner with department heads to assess manpower needs & develop plans and implement recruitment strategies. Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans. Along with the reporting authority, designs and implement strategies & systems to develop and retain best talent. Provide guidance and support to managers & employees on HR policies, procedures and employment-related matters. Lead employee relations efforts, including conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary actions. Implements policies and procedures related to all Human Resources matters such as manpower planning, recruiting, selecting, training, developing, compensation, performance appraisals/ rewarding personnel & separation. Responsible for the benefits administration, industrial and labor relations, performance management, job evaluation etc. Collaborate with training and development teams to design and deliver programs that enhance employee skills and capabilities. Ensure compliance with appropriate laws, regulations, and organizational policies. Liaisons with Statutory Bodies viz., PF & ESI, Inspector of Factories, Labour Department, Banks, Insurance Authorities for compliance purpose. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; master's degree preferred. Minimum of 5-7 years of HRBP experience Proven track record of partnering with senior leadership to drive business results through HR initiatives. Strong understanding of HR best practices and regulations Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Demonstrated success in recruiting healthcare professionals, understanding the unique requirements of medical roles. Ability to manage HR budgets effectively, optimizing resources for recruitment, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
