SUMMARY OF WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR


We are looking for a dynamic and impressive person who can lead the digital marketing team. The candidate should be a leader who has the business acumen to drive growth, who can work with people to get the best out of teams and most importantly, who has indepth knowledge of digital marketing (especially inbound & organic marketing) to implement the best methods, practices and strategies that can deliver great results for our clients.


This position will be responsible for delivering Customer Delight by assuring best quality of our digital marketing services to our customers delivered before the committed time, providing additional suggestions/recommendations and addressing customer complaints on topmost priority.


KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


·    Grow digital marketing business for the company

·    Develop deep digital strategies for brands/clients, build growth projections (monthly or quarterly or yearly), make sure they are implemented. For promising customers, after conducting the required research, help the Sales team with pointers to prepare meaningful proposals.

·    Allocate and optimize internal resources for maximising the output

·    Ensure timely delivery of all projects deliverables exceeding the desired quality; Ensure client KPIs are met across multiple projects, and track progress and growth across multiple accounts.

·    Ensure full utilization of Project Management Tool (Bitrix24) for managing the projects

·    Customer complaint resolution should be taken on topmost priority. Coordinate with clients, solve their problems and ensure growth targets are met.

·    Audit performance of each project on fortnightly basis and provide report, recommendation

·    s/suggestions to the team on additional action points.

·    Ensure timely execution of all actionable to meet deliverables of the customers

·    Time to time share suggestions for relevant additional work for customer to improve our marketing performance as well as upsell our services

·    Guide the sales team with strategies for new client pitches. Spot opportunities to get in more business for the agency and drive growth.

·    Continuously develop and drive innovative ideas within the team and possess an unwavering focus to find opportunities of growth in digital marketing channels.

·    Keep a stronghold over quality of output with close collaboration of different teams. Measure performance of different teams to match perfect delivery results.

·    Train/mentor the Digital team at regular frequency on latest digital marketing trends and technologies

·    Creating an inclusive working culture lead the team in the direction of growth; Brainstorm with different teams to understand issues, problems, and make sure the roadblocks are removed.

·    Motivate and inspire the team as a leader to ensure they deliver their best.


THE MUST-HAVES FOR THIS ROLE


  • Experience level – 10+ years as a digital marketing lead or expert in marketing agencies or consultancy where you have handled teams and clients.


2. Should have good to excellent communication skills and should be an impressive speaker.


3. Should be a leader, who is good in managing people, driving and inspiring and communicating with the team to perform better. Should have experience in leading teams, and working with multiple departments.


4. Should have excellent project management skills and client-handling skills.


4.    Should have excellent digital marketing knowledge, especially in SEO, organic marketing. Should also have good knowledge of social media, PPC, website development.


5.   Experience in agencies is preferable.


6. An MBA grad will be preferred.
