Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in UX Research, including usability studies, interviews, surveys, etc.
- Proficient knowledge of user-centered design processes and UX best practices.
- Experience working with design systems and prototyping tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in both waterfall and agile project processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven storytelling abilities.
- Experience interpreting product requirements documents from a user-centered perspective.
- Familiarity with usability testing and collaboration with UX research teams.
- Understanding of project management and business process management concepts.
