As a Copywriter specializing in In-App Communication and Digital Ads, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the voice and narrative of BluSmart. You'll be responsible for creating compelling and engaging content that resonates with our audience across various digital platforms and increases customer engagement. Responsibilities: Craft captivating and on-brand copy for in-app communications, ensuring a seamless and delightful user experience. Develop and execute creative copy for digital ads (awareness + performance) across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and more. Collaborate with the marketing team to align copy with brand strategy, ensuring consistency and authenticity. Conduct thorough research to understand our target audience, tailoring messaging to meet their preferences and needs. Work closely with the design team to integrate compelling copy with visually appealing graphics and multimedia elements. Monitor and analyse copy performance, iterating based on data insights to optimise engagement and conversion rates. Qualification Proven experience as a copywriter with a focus on in-app communication and performance ads. Strong portfolio showcasing diverse copywriting projects and a deep understanding of various brand tones. Exceptional creativity with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, concise, and compelling copy. Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams. Familiarity with analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of copy and make data-driven improvements. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. 1.5 to 3 years of experience required in a similar field Compensation As per Industry Standard
