Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to spearhead the development and execution of our digital marketing campaigns. As a key member of our growth-focused marketing team, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition, boosting retention, and maximizing ROI across a range of digital channels. The ideal candidate possesses a strong track record in the D2C space, expertise in both acquisition and retention marketing, a deep understanding of performance metrics, and team leadership capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Development and Management: Design, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns across diverse channels, including paid search, paid social, display advertising, and affiliate networks. Set clear campaign goals and KPIs while continuously tracking and measuring performance. Optimize campaigns in real time to maximize results, including bid adjustments, ad copy and creative testing, and audience targeting. Strategic Growth Planning Develop and implement a holistic performance marketing strategy to continuously fuel customer acquisition and build long-term customer relationships. Research and identify new growth channels and innovative marketing tactics to accelerate the reach and impact of our campaigns Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, content, product) to ensure seamless execution and a cohesive brand experience. Team Leadership & Collaboration: Mentor and coach team members, facilitating their professional development and ensuring the efficient execution of campaigns. Build collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and overall business goals. Qualifications and Skills Technical Expertise: (A MUST) Proficient in paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.) and marketing automation tools. Deep understanding of digital marketing analytics platforms (Google Analytics or similar). Experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies. Familiarity with CRM tools and email marketing platforms is a plus. Experience:   3-5 years of demonstrated success in D2C performance marketing, with a proven record in driving growth.  Education:  Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Growth Mindset:  A natural growth hacker with a strong experimental and iterative approach to marketing. Acquisition & Retention Expertise:  Experience in developing strategies to both acquire new customers and drive repeat business. Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking:  Strong ability to analyze complex data, identify problems, and propose innovative solutions. Team Leadership:  Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Track record of successfully managing and mentoring teams.
