To know more, check out our website URL: https://visa2fly.com/ Operations Executive (On-site) Location: Gurugram Experience: 1- 3 years Working Hours: 9 hrs Working Days: 6 (Mon-Sat) (Saturday work from home) We are seeking a full-time candidate for our dynamic Operations team to join us immediately. As an operations executive, you will be responsible for backend operations. The primary role will be filing the visa and preparation of documents for Visa2Fly clients. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with a strong eye for detail and a self-driven individual with a strong appetite for exponential growth. Further, the candidate must demonstrate the ability to showcase our offerings compellingly. Responsibilities: • Assisting in Visa Application Processing: Aid in the processing of visa applications by verifying documents, ensuring completeness and accuracy of information, and following established procedures. • Customer Support: Provide support to visa applicants by responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and guiding them through the application process via email, phone, or in-person interactions. • Data Entry and Management: Accurately input application data into the designated systems, maintain databases, and update records as necessary. • Compliance Monitoring: Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures governing visa issuance and processing. • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare reports, documentation, and correspondence related to visa applications, processing statistics, and any other relevant information as required. • Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including visa officers, administrative staff, and management, to ensure efficient and effective visa processing operations. • Quality Assurance: Participate in quality assurance activities to maintain high standards of service delivery and accuracy in visa processing. • Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis on visa-related trends, regulations, and industry best practices to stay informed and contribute to informed decision-making. • Ad Hoc Tasks: Assist with any other tasks or projects as assigned by supervisors or management to support the overall objectives of the operations team.
