We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to identify and create new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and driving the overall success of the business. Responsibilities: Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and evaluate market trends. Analyze competitor activities and industry developments to stay informed about market changes. Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve company goals. Identify new markets and segments for business expansion. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and relationship building. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive business growth. Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts to secure profitable business deals. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of business initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus. Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role. Strong understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
