Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth for Radhey Group. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand Radhey Group's market presence and reach. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities. Develop and implement strategic business development plans aligned with company objectives. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and project management, to drive integrated business development initiatives. Prepare and present business proposals, presentations, and reports to prospective clients and partners. Negotiate and finalize contracts, agreements, and partnerships to achieve business objectives. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes to inform business strategies and decisions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably in the real estate or construction industry. Strong understanding of business development principles, strategies, and best practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to think strategically, analyze complex problems, and develop innovative solutions. Self-motivated and proactive with a strong drive for results and continuous improvement. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
