We are seeking an experienced BPS Transition & Delivery Manager to oversee the successful transition and ongoing delivery of our 350-seat offshore banking BPS operation. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of managing complex transitions and delivering exceptional results in the banking sector, specifically with UK savings bank operations. Experience handling large-scale banking operations migrations from the UK to India is essential.
Responsibilities:
Transition
· Lead the planning and execution of the transition of a 350-seat offshore BPS operation from the UK to India & India to India.
· Develop and implement a comprehensive transition plan, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
· Prepare regular reports on the status of the transition and ongoing operations.
Post Transition:
· Manage all aspects of the delivery process, including staffing, training, quality assurance, and performance management
· Oversee client relationships and ensure the successful delivery of services by agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
· Develop and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
· Manage a team of 350+ BPS professionals and ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality work.
· Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
Key Skills
· Maintain a strong understanding of UK savings bank operations and regulatory requirements.
· Project management skills; PRINCE 2 certification preferred
· Experience in migrating at least two large-scale banking operations from the UK to India is a must.
· Stake holder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure seamless integration of the BPS operation.
