  • As “Manager Sales – Finance and Accounts Outsourcing” you will be expected to lead all Digital Marketing and Digital Sales efforts within the organization, including prospect identification, lead generation, handling the digital sales and marketing cycle in close collaboration with the Exela's business unit leadership and product groups. You will be expected to meet digital sales goals established by Executive Leadership. You will create and own the digital plan and pipeline, review execution of marketing plans, pipeline and account plans to track progress on lead identification and pursuit, qualify opportunities, mobilize the teams for proposal development and lead negotiations. The role will be expected to drive, strategize and oversee all marketing campaigns globally to promote all our products and services. This challenging job will encompass creative, analytical, digital, and coordinative responsibilities.

Job Description:


  • Inside led Sales Manager to oversee and drive inside sales representatives / lead generation team.
  • Should also be able to lead and motivate the lead generation team to achieve specific goals and would be responsible for overall lead generation Target
  • Should be able to identify RFP/ RFQ from the market

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Managing the inside leads representative’s team
  • Setting and tracking and meeting / exceed Target leads for the team
  • Innovatively look at Market spaces and have newer ways to meet and exceed Target of Qualified lead
  • Reports on leads metrics and suggest improvements with Industry Study and Market dynamics
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual leads forecasts
  • Use customer/sales team feedback to generate ideas to drive quality leads
  • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase leads




Skills Required

  • Proven work experience as an Inside led sales manager especially in Finance and Accounting and BPO Space is a MUST
  • Time tested experience on identifying RFP/RFQ for outsourcing business
  • Hands on experience with Inside led sales tools and MS Excel
  • In-depth understanding of the lead’s administration process
  • Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude
