Global Solution Architect Deliverables and Responsibilities This Global position will be responsible for providing pre-sales support as Customer consultant, with Domain understanding and prescribe Industrial Automation solutions and effectively manage communication with customers / internal Sales team as appropriate Develop and support integrated, intelligent cross-domain solutions and process for targeted Schneider Electric customers in Continuous Chemical (Petrochem, Polymers ) Spend time with customers to capture their needs and analyze the requirements, present potential ideas and fine tune solution through intensive customer interaction The Domain Expert / Solution Architect works with regional Business development / TSCs / Proposal team to bring a differentiating value proposition to the customer, leveraging the complete Schneider Electric and Aveva Portfolio Responsible for the creation of Reference architectures , Use case solution development, Continuous Chemical Playbook , Maintaining installbase references Capitalizing on in-depth knowledge of customer process, applications and decision criteria in his/her segment and work closely with the execution team to suggest cost effective solution Accountable for implementing the actions around giving feedback to the Industrial Automation BU and Chemicals Segment on new market requirements, technological evolutions, and competitor analysis He/She develop and lead the community of practice and builds a COE inside his/her focused segment Participating in Technical forums to present Schneider / Industrial Automation view for Continuous Chemical Qualifications • 12 to 15 yrs of experience in Chemical, oil & Gas preferably with Industrial Automation/Software • Degree in engineering or technology required, preference for chemical, or electrical engineering. • Experience in Global Business development roles • Business leadership presence - strong communication skills • Accustomed to fast-changing, complex and ambiguous environment • Structured, organized individual • Knowledge of Industrial Automation and Power Distribution systems and software is preferred • Business Developer - Proven track record in growing Key account businesses and developing consultative sales • Solid expertise and exposure to the Segment of the customer • Excellent analytical- as well as written and oral communication skills • Team Player - passionate and dynamic leader with the energy and ability to obtain alignment and work effectively across a complex, global matrix organization • Partnership development • Experience in software, IT/OT, Artificial intelligence preferably in Chemicals Schedule: Full-time Req: X07
