B2B Enterprise Marketing Lead

Job Purpose

The role will lead the marketing efforts in conjunction with the business teams to contribute towards positioning ISB Executive Education as a sought-after brand for Government bodies, PSUs and Enterprises.


Job Outline

  • a marketing strategy aligned with brand goals and enterprise and government business goals.
  • content to sustain and grow ISB’s thought leadership in the domain.
  • segment and product, and account-based marketing campaigns across digital and offline media, execute and monitor them closely for agreed measurable outcomes.
  • a results-driven, multi-platform, multi-channel communications plan in line with the ISB Executive Education brand.
  • closely with BD teams to move prospective clients through the funnel to closure.
  • events and participate in external contextual events with diligence aligned with the brand philosophy.
  • and adhere to a standardised process checklist to ensure consistency and timelines in a high-volume, high-intensity work environment.
  • and track the effectiveness of campaigns, events, thought-leadership initiatives, and course-correct as required.
  • with other teams and departments within ISB-EE, ISB, and external vendors to create and/or customise communications and marketing activities.
  • with internal school resources and vendors to plan and schedule activities while managing the logistics end-to-end.


Knowledge / Education

  • degree in marketing/ strategy from tier I/ II B school
  • degree in communications is a plus
  • high performer in academics and/ or professional experience is a significant advantage

Specific Skills

  • experience in crafting innovative campaigns and executing them with continual optimisation
  • knowledge of content development in various formats.
  • knowledge of business communication for B2B segments.
  • verbal & written communication skills
  • level of attention to detail, including a proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • interpersonal skills and adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.
  • to be agile, goal-oriented, and outcome-driven in a dynamic, high-paced environment

Desirable Experience

  • 10 -12 years of experience in B2B marketing or related areas
  • experience in marketing and communications, preferably in the Education or EdTech sector
  • experience in B2B sales or marketing roles
