Description

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing digital marketing strategies to drive online brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You will manage a team of digital marketing specialists and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of integrated digital marketing campaigns.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and KPIs.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing specialists, including setting performance goals and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (such as design, content, product, and development) to plan and implement integrated digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., email, social media, SEO, SEM, display advertising, content marketing, etc.).
  • Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Oversee the management of website content, user experience, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) efforts to maximize website performance.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, providing regular reports to stakeholders, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and tracking ROI on marketing initiatives.
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and implement innovative strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices in digital marketing, data privacy, and advertising standards.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute specific marketing campaigns or initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Must have bachelor's/master's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Should have proven experience (usually 5+ years) in digital marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns and revenue growth.
  • Needs to have previous experience in managing and leading a digital marketing team.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Should have in-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, tools, and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, etc.
  • Should have strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
  • Must be good in project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Needs to have creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Should have strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with different teams and stakeholders.
  • Needs to be familiar with marketing automation tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Needs to have a demonstrated ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
