We seek a highly experienced Sr. Practice Manager - Data to join our team with proficiency in Software Design and Development, data modelling, data processing and data visualization. This person should have been involved in different phases related to Software Development Lifecycle including Analysis, Design, Development and Deployment.



Responsibilities –

1. Design and develop automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate to streamline and optimize business processes.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and gather requirements for workflow development.

3. Configure and integrate Power Automate with various applications and systems to enable seamless data flow and process automation.

4. Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse existing processes and identify opportunities for automation, efficiency improvements, and cost savings.

5. Build and maintain connectors, APIs, and custom actions in Power Automate to extend its functionality and integrate with external systems.

6. Develop and maintain documentation, including workflow diagrams, process flows, and technical specifications.

7. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power Automate workflows, ensuring their reliability, performance, and scalability.

8. Collaborate with the Azure team to leverage Azure services, such as Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions, to build end-to-end automation solutions.

9. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in automation technologies, Power Automate updates, and Azure services to continually enhance the automation capabilities.

10. Provide technical guidance and support to other team members on Power Automate best practices, design patterns, and troubleshooting techniques.


Qualification:

Mandatory Skills: Blue Prism


1. Proven experience as an Automation Engineer or similar role, with a focus on Microsoft Power Automate and Azure platform.

2. In-depth understanding of Power Automate capabilities, including creating flows, connectors, expressions, and working with variables.

3. Strong experience in developing and implementing complex workflows using Power Automate, handling various data sources, and integrating with APIs.

4. Solid understanding of Azure services, particularly Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions, and experience in their implementation.

5. Proficient in designing and implementing automation solutions to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.

6. Familiarity with scripting languages like PowerShell or JavaScript for customizing Power Automate workflows.

7. Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and experience working with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).

8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation workflows.

9. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders


Preferred Qualifications:

1. Microsoft Power Platform certifications, especially Microsoft Power Platform App Maker or Microsoft Power Automate.

2. Experience with other automation tools, such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.

3. Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for automating deployment processes.

4. Knowledge of data integration techniques, including ETL processes and data migration strategies.
