Role Overview: As the Culture Director, your role centers on nurturing communication and fostering connect among members. You'll coordinate events, promote collaborative practices, and champion thought-leadership endeavors to elevate CC culture. Moreover, you'll supervise HR operations, ensure member engagement, and drive sustainability initiatives to uphold the purposeful and results-driven ethos of Corporate Connections. Responsibilities: Execute the implementation of People & Culture strategies and initiatives that seamlessly align with Corporate Connections’ business strategy. Develop, maintain, and role model a culture characterized by openness to innovation, collaboration, respect, and accountability. Ensure continuous and impactful engagement throughout the member lifecycle, acting as a bridge between Corporate Connections and its members to foster effective communication, collaboration, and satisfaction. Establish clear communication protocols to foster effective information flow and set the tone for communication across Drive initiatives that embed the organization's values-based culture into practice and spearhead thought-leadership projects aimed at enhancing the company's overall culture – such as expert series, experiential events. Collaborate closely with the operations team to orchestrate experiential and immersive meetings/events, develop roadmaps for these occasions, and spearhead annual thematic initiatives, all geared towards fostering robust member engagement. Drive the Synergy societies(initiatives) and sustainability-focused initiatives to uphold Corporate Connections' purpose and results-driven culture Evaluate the impact of cultural initiatives on indicators such as turnover rate and employee engagement Recognizing member milestones to celebrate their accomplishments and contributions, fostering a culture of appreciation and support within the organization. Champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives within the organization to cultivate an environment where all members are valued, respected, and empowered to thrive and contribute effectively. Oversee HR operations, including collaborating with external vendors for training module development, aimed at fostering employee professional growth and development within the organization. Who we are looking for : Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on strategic planning, organizational development, and culture transformation. Proven track record of developing and implementing People & Culture strategies aligned with business objectives. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility. Creative and strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to innovate and develop forward-thinking solutions that align with organizational objectives and drive positive change. Proficiency in English and outstanding interpersonal skills are essential, along with a proven capacity to cultivate productive relationships and collaborate across various locations. Why Join Us?
