Sr. Business Development Executive

Koru is seeking a Sr. Business Development Executive (Sr. BDE) to generate new business for the UX design offerings to the health tech industry in North America. As the first point of contact between Koru and prospective customers interested in the User Experience (UX) of their products and platforms, this role focuses on identifying new opportunities and generating leads for our Sales team.


Role & Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

- Prospect and qualify new leads

- Collaborate with Koru's Sales and Marketing teams to refine messaging and develop outreach strategies targeting different ICP segments

- Convey Koru's unique value proposition through outreach (email, phone, and LinkedIn) to health tech product leaders

- Follow up on various demand generation campaigns run by the marketing team to identify prospects

- Share feedback and identify additional opportunities to boost the pipeline of qualified leads


Requirement:

- 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales - Fluent English (written and spoken) - Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of engagement over email or phone - Understanding of prospecting strategy for the b2b tech industry in North America - CRM experience (Hubspot, Outplay)
