Location: Hyderabad

Summary: The Playbook Insights is an essential part of the Sales Strategy and Operations team at HighRadius, focused on measuring & improving sales effectiveness. As an analyst, you will be responsible for conducting various analyses/audits/projects and generating actionable insights for sales teams across the region. You will work on various sources of data to analyze sales trends and identify improvement opportunities.

The role requires the individual to learn HighRadius’ product offerings, sales methodologies, and HighRadius' extensive Sales playbook. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across sales, technology teams, global enablement, partners, etc. with a collaborative mindset

Essential duties of the position (between 5-10):

  • Prepare and present a routine analysis of sales data to generate actionable insights (Quantitative & Qualitative)
  • As needed, work with the global enablement team on content and training delivery to upskill sellers
  • Training and Onboarding of new team members. Mentor the interns/junior team members in Strategy and Ops
  • Work on various projects/initiatives for internal or external process improvement
  • Work with other teams like Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, Enablement, etc. to drive changes

Desired requirements:

  • Graduation: Engineering, Economics, Finance, Technology
  • Post graduation: MBA preferred, but not mandatory.
  • 1-3 years of experience across sales consulting/enablement/process improvement/GTM
  • Excellent analytical & communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience working in or consulting with B2B organizations in the Go To Market functions
  • Knowledge of B2B sales or SaaS sales preferred
  • Ability to self-manage time, prioritize tasks, and manage projects with minimal supervision
