Akrivia HCM is seeking a talented and creative Content Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about producing high-quality content that engages our target audience, drives traffic, and supports our marketing and branding efforts.


We are looking out for Content Writers to create Global Payroll related content.


Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role.
  • Portfolio of published articles.
  • Experience doing research using multiple sources.
  • Familiarity with web publications.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
  • Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems preferred
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, or related field.


Responsibilities:

  • Research and understand payroll compliance regulations and requirements for both Indian and international markets.
  • Produce high-quality written content including articles, blog posts, whitepapers, guides, case studies, and reports on payroll compliances tailored for different audiences.
  • Develop comprehensive and accurate content that educates readers on the intricacies of payroll compliance, covering topics such as tax regulations, labor laws, statutory deductions, employee benefits, and reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, legal advisors, and other stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
  • Stay updated on changes and updates in payroll laws and regulations in India and key international markets to ensure content reflects the latest developments.
  • Conduct thorough research using a variety of sources including government publications, industry reports, legal documents, and reputable websites to gather information for content creation.
  • Interpret complex legal and technical information related to payroll compliance and present it in a clear, concise, and engaging manner.
  • Tailor content to meet the specific needs and preferences of different target audiences, including HR professionals, business owners, finance managers, and legal advisors.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop content strategies, editorial calendars, and promotional plans for payroll compliance content.
