Role Description

• Candidate should be able to guide by providing solutions to customers with expert-level functional support during the entire implementation process to ensure a successful implementation.
• Candidate should be able to guide by providing post implementation support to customers with expert-level functional support to ensure a successful adoption of the solution.
• Having the capability to work collaboratively with other teams, such as the technical teams, to ensure that the solution is delivered on time, within budget, and that the customers are satisfied with the outcome.
• Candidates must understand the latest Microsoft developments and releases in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and be able to provide guidance on how to leverage these features and functionality.

Skills and Attributes 

• Experience on Dynamics 365 Supply Chain and preferably also Dynamics 365 Finance.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain functionalities and capabilities.
• Experience with implementing and configuring Dynamics 365 Supply Chain, including using tools such as DevOps.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with project teams and clients.
• Understanding of industry-specific requirements and regulations, such as accounting standards and compliance.
• Time management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Commerce or equivalent
• Demonstrated expertise in D365 Supply Chain solution, or equivalent.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Supply Chain implementations, configurations, and customisations.
• Microsoft Dynamics D365 Functional Certifications highly desirable including:
• Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Functional Consultant Associate
• MB-330: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Functional Consultant
• MB-300: Microsoft Dynamics 365: Core Finance and Operations
• Microsoft Dynamics 365: Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect
• 3-5 years Microsoft D365 Supply Chain implementation experience demonstrating an ability to enhance and implement Dynamics 365 F&O for clients based on their business requirements across the full cycle of implementation
• Extensive functional knowledge in core Supply Chain modules such as Procurement & Sourcing, Vendor Collaboration, Inventory etc. etc.
• Experienced and comfortable using DMF.
• Understanding of emerging Microsoft technologies; Azure Cloud Platform, Power BI, PowerApps, Flow, Azure Data lake, DevOps, RSAT
• Working experience with Azure DevOps is highly desirable
• Experience with Supply Chain process design and leading practices, including demonstrated experience in process documentation / process improvement within the Finance function
• Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of an organisation. Ability to effectively communicate to different audiences including internal and external stakeholders and peers clearly and concisely in written, oral and various presentation formats and situations
