  • Serve as the primary point of contact and build strong relationships with key stakeholders for a portfolio of customers in the HealthTech and Manufacturing domains.
  • Understand the business objectives and IT needs of each client and develop strategies to align LTIMindtree's services with their goals.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling LTIMindtree's services within the assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, delivery, and technical teams, to ensure the successful delivery of solutions and services to clients.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on technology trends, industry best practices, and innovative solutions.
  • Proactively identify risks and issues within the accounts and work to mitigate them in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and deliver regular account performance reports and presentations to clients and senior management.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to continuously add value to client engagements.
  • Travel to client locations as needed to foster relationships, understand their operations, and identify opportunities for collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Overall 15+ years of experience in the IT Services Industry
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or client relationship management within the IT services industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large accounts, preferably in the healthtech and manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, including software development (including COTs products like SAP and Salesforce), cloud solutions, digital transformation, and managed services.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue business opportunities that drive revenue growth.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.

Willingness to travel to client locations as needed
