About The Role As a process analyst in the Process Architecture Enablement team, you will have the opportunity to gain breadth across all facets of process management and be a key contributor to the design and delivery of process excellence through the support of ANZ’s business process management system (Signavio) You will play an important role in uplifting Signavio, ensuring the system is well managed so we can effectively deliver process management and insights to Australia Retail and Australia Commercial The role will support the Process Architecture Enablement lead to deliver the backlog of work for BAU process management About You Supporting and embedding the process framework that aligns process and control management linked to the process architecture Maintaining hygiene of Signavio for Australia Retail and Australia Commercial Scoping, defining and managing business requirements for system improvement Managing day-to-day process management queries across Australia Retail and Australia Commercial in an appropriate and timely manner Managing and supporting the uplift of frameworks, guides and capabilities Managing all reporting for process management including governance and HIP related metrics Managing the process classification framework Delivery of process modelling training Skills Required Proficiency in process modelling best practices, such as BPMN2.0 Administration of Signavio Experience working with technical aspects of BPMS Working knowledge of process classification frameworks and their use in process management Elicitation of business requirements and translation to relevant stakeholders Ability to train others in the use of BPMS tools, process modelling and process management Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in all forms (including presentation) and simplify complex messages to stakeholders Deep business analysis skills, including reporting, structured thinking, organisation skills Excellent stakeholder management skills, with influencing and relationship building ability Experience with process automation tools Experience in the development of user stories, test cases, sprint planning and use of Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence Knowledge of Lean and experience in process analysis is highly regarded Understand and generate reporting & data visualisation through tools such as Excel, PowerBI, QlikSense and Tableau.
