Key Responsibilities: Assist in job posting and advertising on various platforms, ensuring accurate and appealing job descriptions. Screen and review resume to identify potential candidates who meet the desired qualifications. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' suitability and interest. Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. Help maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system. Assist in organizing and participating in recruitment events, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives. Support the team in conducting market research and staying updated on recruitment trends. Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition. Qualifications: Graduate / Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Professional and positive demeanor with a strong work ethic. Duration and Schedule: This is an unpaid internship with a duration of 6 Months.
