The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated 3D Visualizer with team leadership abilities to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating stunning 3D architectural visuals across a variety of projects while also managing a small team of creative professionals. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, creativity, and leadership skills to drive projects to completion on time and to the highest quality.


Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality 3D models, renderings, and animations for a range of architectural projects.
  • Lead and manage a small team of 3D artists, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure project goals are met.
  • Collaborate with project managers, designers, and clients to understand project requirements and deliver innovative visual solutions.
  • Develop and implement workflows and best practices for the 3D visualization team to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in 3D visualization and incorporate them into our projects.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Provide training and mentorship to team members to foster their professional growth.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience of at least 3 years as a 3D Visualizer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Experience in team leadership or management, with the ability to inspire and lead a team towards achieving project objectives.
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, Maya, Blender, or similar.
  • Familiarity with photo-realistic rendering techniques and software; namely 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • A degree in Computer Graphics, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
