Designation - HR Associate Director - Platforms

About the Role:

Trianz is looking for an HR Leader to spearhead our Human Capital initiatives for our Platforms division. This role is pivotal in harmonizing HR strategies with the division's business objectives, necessitating the development and execution of all policies, processes and initiatives to support growth, nurture a positive culture and enhance organizational efficiency. Also, the position holder will thrive on solving complex challenges related to talent management, employee relations and organizational development by leveraging their analytical skills and data driven insights.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with Platforms division objectives.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, Centers of Excellence (COE), and Organizational Development (OD)
  • teams to leverage collective expertise and drive impactful initiatives.
  • Institute performance management systems to foster accountability and drive high performance.
  • Provide guidance to managers on employee relations matters, performance improvement, and conflict resolution.
  • Create a vibrant high energy learning focused culture that enhances employee experience and retention
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to cultivate a culture of belonging.
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay abreast of HR best practices and industry trends, integrating relevant insights into divisional strategies.

Who you are:

  • An inclusive high energy strategic thinker who is comfortable in data and details while being able to drive change effectively from the heart of the business.
  • You would have an overall experience of 15 + years and be in leadership role for last 5 years and have a Master’s in Human Resources from a Tier 1 institute.
