System Administrator

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana Type: Full-Time Experience: 3-4 Years Key Responsibilities: Administer, manage, and optimize Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Azure Active Directory to ensure seamless collaboration and communication across the organization. Implement and manage Office 365 tenant services, focusing on optimal performance, security, and reliability. Manage Active Directory, including setup, group policies, user accounts, and permissions to ensure secure and efficient access to resources. Develop, implement, and monitor systems security measures, including managing Microsoft Entra for advanced identity and access management. Formulate and enforce security policies in line with organizational needs and compliance requirements to protect information assets. Work closely with IT team members to enhance system security, participating actively in the development of security standards and best practices. Proactively identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring the stability and reliability of the IT infrastructure. Document systems configurations, updates, and processes, maintaining detailed records of IT infrastructure changes. Stay abreast of the latest technology trends and security threats, recommending improvements to systems and processes. Qualifications: 3-4 years of experience in systems administration, with a strong emphasis on managing Microsoft 365 services and systems security. Expertise in administering Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Azure Active Directory. Comprehensive knowledge of Active Directory and experience with Microsoft Entra for identity and access management. Entra ID MFA solutions operations and troubleshooting. Entra ID CA Sign-in logs analysis and troubleshooting experience. Entra ID Conditional Access policies operations and troubleshooting . Entra ID MFA reporting. Demonstrated ability in developing and implementing IT security policies and procedures. Proficient in network infrastructure and system security tools, with strong troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively articulating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues. Ability to work independently without an IT team, taking full responsibility for the IT infrastructure and making critical decisions on systems and security with minimal guidance. Self-starter with exceptional problem-solving skills, capable of initiating projects, driving improvements, and managing all aspects of IT operations without direct supervision. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of ISO 27001 standards, demonstrating a strong understanding of information security management principles.
