Payroll Executive – Senior/Junior

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage attendance records and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Process payroll accurately and handle salary & Stipend revisions as per guidelines.
  • Oversee full and final settlement procedures for outgoing employees/Trainees/Apprentices
  • Handle invoicing and purchase order processing efficiently.
  • Generate and analyze MIS reports for management review.
  • Prepare and issue Associate /Employees/Trainees/Apprentices letters as required.
  • Utilize NAPS payroll knowledge to manage payroll for apprentices.
  • Execute NATS processes effectively.
  • Facilitate associate offer and on boarding processes.
  • Update the attendance application of DMCFS payroll tool as needed.
  • Engage associates to enhance their experience and productivity.
  • Address associate benefits inquiries and resolve queries promptly.
  • Demonstrate optional trade sector-wise assessment knowledge as required.
  • Handle associate disciplinary actions and issue disciplinary letters.

Manage employee relations-related issues professionally


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 2- 6 years of experience in HR and administration roles.
  • Proficiency in payroll processing software and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
  • Certification in HR management is a plus.
