The Role: We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to design and drive Planet Smart City Integrated Marketing campaigns across all communication channels. The role will report to the India Head of Marketing & Communication and work closely with the global marketing & communication, Sales, Business Development teams and external agency partners. Responsibilities: Designing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns engage relevant audiences across online & offline channels and deliver on Brand/Sales objectives. End to end project management of integrated global campaigns and media partner initiatives. Working closely with our Sales team to acquire new clients and ensure sales campaign requirements are fully understood and briefed to the wider team. Providing advice and guidance to clients on best practices around online advertising and user engagement across social media and other channels. Working with Marketing & Sales team to optimise lead nurturing and conversion and derive useful, actionable insights. Working with stakeholders to develop campaign and creative briefs, ensuring all tasks are clearly defined. Day-to-day management and guidance of campaign progress, performance vs. success metrics, resource planning, management and coordination of all project deliverables including smaller creative projects as required. Collaborating and communicating with multiple stakeholders across the organisation to clearly define business outcome, required project deliverables and key milestones. Proactive Management and monitoring of the project team and motivation of the team to meet agreed milestones. Identifying and managing stakeholders effectively, anticipating challenges, and developing plans to address risks Pivotal role in the roll out of brand guidelines and consistency across all communication and sales channels. Liaise with internal departments, external partners and creative agencies to agree formats and deliverables. Develop media plans and book ad placement for house campaigns and partnerships. Collaborate with Producers, Planners, Campaign Managers, Copywriters and Creative Leads to identify and schedule resources based on campaign and individual initiative needs. Drive evaluation and reporting post campaigns and improvement of processes. Experience Experience in designing and driving integrated marketing campaigns to best output from a performance marketing and creative development perspective. Experience in managing and reconciling budgets. Education, Skills and Qualifications Marketing or equivalent degree qualification with 4-5 years marketing campaign management experience across online and offline channels. Strong organisational skills with an ability to work to deadlines and juggle multiple projects. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. A proactive and intuitive approach. Ability to lead and manage digital campaigns with key objectives in mind. Ability to collaborate and build rapport and trust with all stakeholders.
