Job Title: Divisional Manager – Corporate Personnel Work Location: Pune, HQ Qualification: LLM /MPM / MSW & LLB Experience: 12 to 15 years Roles & Responsibilities: Represent Bajaj Auto at Labour / Industrial & High Court for contesting the Court matters and various compliances related to Court matters. Guide Plant IR team for drafting of Contracts, Written statement, affidavits, caveat, Charge Sheet/Show cause Notice /Suspension Letter etc. from legal point of view, preparing orders based on enquiry report for different types of punishment. Conducting Domestic Inquiry. Must be well versed in liaising with labor court, DISH office etc. He should be familiar with Conciliation, Arbitration and mediation process as per Law. Handle Union related negotiations and keep management updated on any developments. Well acquainted with Industry and factory related Labour Law compliances. Conducting audit of statutory compliances at various plants, regional offices, vendors Contract & Labour system / Management Settling matters related with PF, Gratuity, and other full & final settlement related dues. Preparation of various reports e.g. Contingent liabilities of Court matters, Litigation reports etc. & manpower related MIS reports monthly Execute and monitor grievance and disciplinary policies and procedures to ensure fairness and consistency. Implementation of standing orders. Specific expertise required for functional area: Exposure of handling Court matters. Knowledge related to procedures of different Courts of Law. Drafting of legal documents.
