Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef at Exotic Heritage Group in Varanasi. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, creating and designing menus, managing inventory and food costs, training and supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring food quality and safety standards are met.


Qualifications

  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques
  • Ability to manage and lead a team of kitchen staff
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and creativity in menu planning
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to adapt and problem-solve in a dynamic kitchen environment
