Designing and developing Marketing strategies for Bank in coordination with Business objectives and accordingly ensuring their execution to increase Brand value along with Business support.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • and Design Marketing strategies for Bank in line with Business objectives and accordingly develop the yearly/ Quarterly/ Monthly Marketing Plan.

  • and execute Online and offline Marketing Campaigns to achieve Brand visibility, Customer engagement and acquisition objectives and to enhance the Brand image.
  • and oversee execution of Branch launch campaigns to support the Business of new Branches through different mediums.
  • design and execute the campaigns for New Products/ Services in terms of Marketing communications and promotions.
  • and ensure timely execution of the work related to all Marketing support required for all Business and Support departments.
  • and Designing of all Marketing communications required for Products/ Services/ New Launches/ Promotions/ Brand.
  • and ensure proper guidance to team for execution of all activities as per Plan and Budgets.

Process creation, review and implementation

  • the website’s content, including writing new content, editing and auditing existing content and removing outdating content.
  • traffic & engagement to the website, apply SEO/SEM best practices and strategies.
  • competitor’s website and follow industry best practices. Lead the creation of site content, social media and other features to continually improve the website user experience
  • and overseeing all aspects of our digital marketing including our website, email, social media campaigns, etc.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS

  • in Marketing
  • Certification course in Advertising and PR Management from MICA

RELEVANT JOB EXPERIENCE


  • 10+years’ experience in Marketing, Branding, Sales Support, Communications, PR, Media Promotions, Network Management, Events. Activations, team Management.
  • in online and offline marketing campaigns, Media Planning and Buying, ATL and BTL Promotions.
