Position Overview: We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Members to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in sales and a strong understanding of financial products and services. As part of our sales team, you will play a key role in promoting Plutope's debit card offering and driving customer acquisition and revenue growth. Responsibilities: Promote Plutope's debit card product to potential customers through various sales channels, including direct sales, partnerships, events, and online marketing. Build and maintain relationships with retail merchants, businesses, and other partners to expand the distribution network for Plutope's debit card. Educate customers about the benefits and features of Plutope's debit card, including its security, convenience, and rewards program. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, including customer acquisition, card activations, and revenue generation. Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams on customer needs, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform product development and marketing strategies. Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging trends in the cryptocurrency and fintech space.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers. Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets. Knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and financial markets. Fluency in English and Hindi is a must!
This is a full-time, onsite position based in Delhi, India. The candidate must be willing to relocate if not already located in Delhi.
